How Can I Help You?

As a hearing loss coach, I specialise in supporting individuals with hearing health challenges such as hearing loss, tinnitus, noise sensitivity, balance disorders, and auditory processing disorder (APD).

I can help you build confidence, advocate for your needs, and navigate life with hearing loss. Together, we’ll work through challenges, explore solutions, and help you move forward with a positive mindset.

Whether you're directly impacted or supporting a loved one, colleague, or friend, my focus is on providing comprehensive hearing loss support tailored to your needs.

 What is Hearing Loss Coaching?

Hearing loss coaching is a personalised process of support and guidance for individuals facing the practical and emotional challenges associated with hearing loss. It provides strategies to improve communication, manage challenges, and enhance overall quality of life. Through open, supportive conversations, we will explore your personal beliefs, values, behaviours, and purpose, helping you adapt to and manage hearing loss more effectively.

I provide a non-judgmental, unbiased space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I will ask you questions to better understand your current situation and to challenge anything that may be getting in the way of your progress.

Through reflection and discussion, we can open up the pathway to moving forward with confidence and clarity!

“I did three sessions with Carly Sygrove after being diagnosed with SSHL [sudden sensorineural hearing loss] and extremely intrusive tinnitus. The first few months of this situation were the most challenging that I ever faced and I believe my sessions with Carly helped ease my anxiety and put me on a path to acceptance and habituation to my “new normal.” I am sleeping through the night with no assistance and I am gaining a better mental approach to the trials of life in general. Sessions with Carly would be a good way to start that process if you were struggling..”
